How's things going???I noticed a couple weeks ago that corn prices were looking pretty GOOD ......Because of the auction,I doubt if I will ever be back in farming,and sometimes I think it's just as well.....
I'm really missing, not boating anymore,and have started to JUST look at a few used boats....But I'm not SURE if I want to go the performance route again, or just kick back on a small cruiser

Steve, Yep corn and bean prices have most farmers smiling right now. But, everyone wants a piece of it. I had one landlord call last night saying he didn't think the contract we signed 17 months ago was for 5 years, only 1. He wants the rent more than doubled. I think I'm covered on this one, but it makes me nervous for the future.
