I plan to attend with the Skater. I was told their are no plans to go down the river this year which is a good idea.

What really amazes me is that, with all the high perf boaters that they have up there, they ALL let one or two azzwpies spoil all the fun for most of the other hi-perf boaters. Too loud, too fast, too much attention, too pretty, too expensive, WTF !!!
Them ten dollar an hour loser water pigs got nothin better to do but write B/S tickets to boaters that are PAYIN THEIR SALARY !!! How stupid can anyone be ????? Why in the he!! would anyone in the "right state of mind" want to contribute to those a$$wipe losers ??? I just don't get it.

If any one up there had any balls at all, they'd burn out the rats, and then there'd be no more callin the pigs about a boat that was too loud, too fast, too nice, or whatever the phuck they feel like complaining about. Until then, anyone that goes up there and gets ticketed, is only feeding the enemy.
If EVERYBODY here bans the chain from boating on, they'll feel the impact from loss of revenue, OR, burn out the problem azzwipes, and give em somethin else to worry about other than a boat.
Simple fix to a simple problem, but I guess there's noone up there that ever grew a pair, that can take care of a little problem like this. So I guess all the cowards up there, will have to boat under a couple azzwipes thumbs, and live by the rules THEY dictate. Pretty phuckin sad if ya ask me, but then again, I don't really give a rats azz, cause I won't boat up there at all.

Well, maybe everyone that does the river shiver this weekend, should do it in a sailboat, then atleast the couple azzwipes can't complain about the noise, but I'm sure they'd find something else to call the pigs about. Probably put a stop against having too much fun, and find a way to ticket you for it. Hope all that attend have a nice time.

Just lookin at it through my eyes.

Guess what kids...? We live in a police state now. We're lucky we can boat at all...and I have a bad feeling that will change in the near future.

Fastboats with loud exhausts and butthead homeowners
aside, I am going to attend the Run and need some guidance.
I have never been on the Chain of Lakes and am not too
familiar with the area. Does the bar hosting the event have
a ramp and lot for the trailers? Do I need to just find a ramp
somewhere else and then boat to the bar? I heard that I
need to pay a fee for a "day pass" but that I can not pay it
at the ramp with the launch fee? Where do I get the pass?
Are there any other things I need to know about this lake
area before I do the River Shiver? Thanks in advance.
