Edit: I'm on the phone with BZ right now, and he says he'll kick $5 too!
You will spend that much more in diesel driving to St. Joe...not to mention the fun traffic at the closed-down bridge at Portage.

You'll show them by driving 100 miles past them to launch in st. Joe. Just launch in east chicago for $20 and drive around the steel mill!
