As part of Formula’s five-year manufacturer’s warranty, Sea Tow Gold Card membership now comes standard and provides all new Formula owners with access to the country’s leading fleet of on-water assistance vessels and captains. The membership includes 24/7 nationwide coverage with towing, fuel delivery, jump starts and more, providing the added protection that every boater deserves.

On the surface this sounds good. But all it is is mandating insurance and the customer flips the bill with the cost hidden in the sales price.
Most new boat owners finance their boat. The finance company mandates that you buy insurance to protect THEIR investment. The insurance companies that I have dealt with sell tow insurance that is the same as Seatow and towboat at a 3/4 savings. For instance I have progressive insurance and pay $50 a year for towing.
Let the new owner dictate what he wants. Don't dictate what the owner has to have.
