Re: Mentor Reports
Just stopped briefly at Hooters for the "Meet The Racers Party" - several boats out in front drawing stares and slowing traffic - Traffic Light, Bounty Hunter, Ezanga.com, one Bat Boat whose name I couldn't read, and another Bat boat backing in as I left. Several more race team trucks in the lot. Haven't made it to the pits yet, but heard quite a few are there.
Weather is supposed to be perfect throughout the weekend - sunny and in the low '80s.

We'll be up tommorow afternoon/evening. Called the yacht club about visiting the pits by boat Sunday morning and they told me no... Private club... no docking. I said how about if I buy some fuel? nope...

Spoke to Smitty, beautiful race site, everything is in close proximity to the course. 30 boats already registered, expecting three of four more before the end of the day.
He said the lake was a little bumpy, nothing big.
Stay tuned.
