Oil Injection was already removed.
OT: It's strange, after 20yrs of mixing 5 gal jugs of race gas with 16 oz of oil that what I was use to. I only bought 2 32oz bottles the first time out.. needless to say I had to run back to the shop.

2 Fuel pumps per. motor, the Holley fills a 10 gal. Red tank, than the Merc High Pressure pumps pull the fuel from the red tank to the motors, but they pressure is reduced before the motors to 6-9psi (low pressure carb fishing motors) the High pressure pumps shut off and the Holleys could not keep up and fill the tank at the same time.
Might not be the best explanation, but its close - I think.

Damn Rick! That sure is a lot going on for nothing. Don't understand the idea of the red tank and running two pumps that flow a different amount??????? Actually three if you count the ones on the motors!
I ran my 225 off just the stock (engine mounted) fuel pump with zero problems. Maybe just run one "good" pump (aeromotive, etc.) to a fuel distribution log???? I'm not a outboard guy. I'd checkout other twin motor boats and get ideas. scream and fly would also be a good source.
"k.i.s.s" - love it! Wish I could post that on every package we send to a customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I agree... K.I.S.S. - No need for that much plumbing back there. I'll just remove all that crap and keep it for when I get a set of 2.5/280's.

In my 24' with stock 200's all I run is the pump on the motor.........You don't need the low pressure pump, the catch tanks or the high pressure pump if the motors still have the stack motor mounted pumps.......and you'll shed some weight and problems.
