It's great there are a few people that have shown some interest in a semi spec class!!! Maybe use a prop shaft dyno to get basic hp on each boat and use a pitch x ratio x rpm to keep the racing as close as possible. Let's keep it simple !!!!

Scott, I think there are enough racers that would get into this class if we just keep it very simple by keeping the cost of maintenace and tech down! I think OPA is always keeping an open ear for the racers and what they are talking about on the boards. So with that let's get a list of people together for a single engine semi spec class around 85mph? to see if it has enough merrit to get a meeting together with Smitty and the board.
