Question How to Tighten Pin Cleats?

I've had a couple of pin cleats work loose on my OL. I can reach the nut on the backside (barely), but can't get them very tight as the base just turns. As you guys know, the actual base of the cleat is round and smooth, so it's hard to stop them from spinning. Anybody have any tricks so I can get a little more torque on them? I've asked around, but haven't been able to come up with much. Thanks.

you need to use two wrenches on the underside of the cleat. One on the nut and the other on the bottom of the threaded section
