Dang, these things really kick azz!
Hey, Jo, I'm looking at one in So Cal now. Has a 496/425 Volvo Penta / TRS combo, all new in '04. Still looking at the others, too. Kirk's is the nicest.
I'll be in one of them soon!

Scotts Boat Does Kick AZZ!!!!
I raced it in Marathon this year. It was my first time driving Scotts Boat, and although I also have a 24 Pantera(sport outboard) I have never driven it, as soon as I brought it home, I tore it apart to be restored. My navigator(which I had met for the first time that afternoon), and I ran it for the first time on Saturday, and lost the Hydraulic steering coming through the bridge(my Fault, held it to lock, and blew a fitting). Needless to say we were both a little skeered to head out on the course with a bunch if other boats Sunday. Al Chesley(offshore Addiction) talked us into doing it, he and Gary Decousis(sp??) helped fix it up, and we went out there and had a blast, we finished fouth, but if we had more seat time, no doubt we could have done much better. I cant wait to get mine finished, and may just run it in Marathon next year
