Default Going to Miami

I think we will bring my 24 down to Miami. Almost everyone that has emailed or called about the boat has been from the East Coast and evidently don't want to drive to IL to look at a $ 36K boat. Not one person has come to see the boat even with the new power.

So any of you that were thinking it's going to be bought for a steal in Winter up North may soon be out of luck!!

Hopefully the warm weather and better market will get this great boat to a new owner soon!

See you soon Jo and Pepe...

Kirk, if it was better timing your boat would already be in my garage. I'm sure in the spring I will be ready to buy and your boat will be gone! Usually the way it works for me.

Kirk,

I couldn't agree w/ you more that's why Miss Patriyacht sits at Pantera benefitting from the best of both worlds, the Miami market & the home of Pantera where Pantera buyers are apt to look.

Scott -

Weren't you interested in the boat less power? If so, we may be able to work something out, I have a buyer for the fresh 502.

Kirk, yes I am. It's just bad timing! Good things happening but bad timing. I sent you an email.
