Default New big power for my 28

I just go this motor done, it is by far the biggest motor that I have made for my 28. It is 580 ci with a 14-71 twin Dominators,Intercooler complete Jesel from rockers to belt drive to lifters and plenty of power to get me to the 3 digit mark. I have the dyno left to do and then it wil be testing time with a new H6 31 labbed by Throttle up six bladder. I will post numbers once my hatch is finish with the monster scoop and pictures of the beast. Jo will go out with me to reach that mark along with Frank aka the donz who is my driver in the Cig I race.

How are you going to set up the No. 6 and transmission? Or do you just carry extra drives on board?

I have never broken a drive yet, I ran the 598 last year and the XR held up just fine. I had a 257 Carrera with a 638 ci blower motor going a buck thirty with an XR and never did it break. I wont hesitate to put a crash box and a #5 though.

The parade is this Sunday

FYI John Aruuda of Turbine Marine is parting out his Apache
He sold all 3 engines and 2 drives. He still has 1 #6 Wet sump drive in great condition with new transom assembly for 13k
