What part of Florida do you need the lawyer in? And what exactly happened with the deal? I can point in the right direction, I have a couple of very good guys in South Florida.

HT, I see you left the seller negative feedback which is good however he is probably a ONE time e-bay guy.

Sorry to hear about this. It amazes me how often you hear about this stuff happening but I am also glad to see the way people here on this site have been able to help others with similar issues. Hopefully he did not stiff you for the full amount.
