Saw this on craigslist. Very similar to a 24 pantera. Twin removable racing cockpits.
Jo-Pantera - how hard/expensive would it be to do this on a 24 or 28 today?

Its old and tired. The owner claims its a cig but I think its an 80's splash of one. The motor thats in it started out life as one I built for my old powerplay. I sold it and the guy wanted $$ off the price so I kept the good exhaust, dominater, ignition etc. He put on a POS one piece Holly and some cast exhaust and changed the cam to something much milder. The boat didn't go near as fast as he thought so he ragged me for selling him a dud engine. Hmm, the used a 2.5 inch tall carb adapter on the victor jr. intake, a small carb, a reduced cam and not so good exhaust and it didn't make the power my DYNO sheets stated it made. Go figure. 3 seasons later, he broke a rocker stud and did some damage. He called me asking for $$ to repair the motor because my build sheet showed new heads and rocker studs so I should pay for the damage.
His "racing cockpits" are just some screw in covers over the rear bench seat.
