Default wind screen

Anyone ever tried a wide screen on the 28' Pantera? It may simply be to low to do any real good. I was thinking 1/2 lexan ( like on a cig or baja) attached to the back of the fairing. Looks like the back of the fairing would give it a nice angle, almost stright up, and if it stuck up 8' or so might work.

Jo... any thoughts??

These little hinged flip up defelectors did an amazing job on my old Top Gun, it was night and day whether they were flipped up or not. They are pretty standardized and should be easily available.

I had a pair of homemade wind deflectors on my banana.

They worked good.

I do like the small clear windshileds attached to fairings though like you see on many late model boats.

I put flip ups on my 28 and they helped quite a bit if you were sitting in the bolster. If I was standing, they pretty much directed the wind into my face. The flip ups were about 6" high and I'm 5'10". I also thought about a custom lexan windscreen, but decided it would be too much work and not look very good.

I think they were Livorsi, but I haven't seen anybody advertising them for a long time.
