What's happening with berk's boat? Finished? Sold to someone else? Lawsuit progress? Use of baseball bats? Anything? Something?

With the right lawyer he could show up at Pantera with the sheriff and collect $127000 worth of property. ..

That's the only way he is going to get it . Now im sure nothing is in there name any more , so you can't take anything they don't have. I no a guy a few years ago went there and took hull's ect, and then got his money like magic . this is why I would think they would have titled the hull's in someone else's name by now .
GOOD luck with recovery

Yeah Hey, those Pantera builders know how to screw a customer and get away with it. Experience counts. To some that makes it ok I guess. Probably be talking about possible new boats from the factory soon, fish for a new Berk/customer to screw out of their life savings. Good luck to those future marks getting a powerboat or their money back. As long as it's somebody else it's ok, but if it's somebody you know, then by all means raise hell! That's the ticket.

It sucks that Pantera put someone in those shoes. I don't care if the boat ran faster than a Mystic! No reason to confuse a good quality powerboat with a high quality screwing.
