Default Rear seat cooler

Anyone done a rear seat cooler.. I'm a little strapped for space and have some extra space under the rear seat to the stringers.. I was thinking about something like an insulated drop down bucket.. Anyone tried this.. Do you think it's to hot near the rear engine?

Was considering doing one where I filled the splashwell on the outboard boat, but deceded it was too far to reach for a beer from the drivers seat

Mine doesnt like to go fast, or at least not when it is rough so I usually leave her on the dock and put a cooler in her seat

I just finished laying some fiberglass in that hole under the back seat ause it was just waisted space to reach the sending unit of the gas tank. Layed the glass and it had the original foam more or less around it so when we layed the glass we took advantage of the hole they had in the foam so it can be the lower point and just drilled a hole so it can drain into the engine compartment
