Default Pantera Glasswork/Finish

I guess I'll start posting about my boat and give poor Jo a break!! I recently bought a wonderful 199 24 Sport. Jo has been wonderful answering questions, getting a trailer, etc...

I have some general questions about my new "Baby":

The graphics are painted and then the hull clear coated right?

Is the deck and bottom painted also or just gel coated?

What color is the white paint and the white gel coat for touch up?

Are there replacement switches available anywhere online (the white rubber covered ones)

Thank You For your Info In Advance

Kirk

Ps- Here's my boat

Kirk,
Welcome to the Pantera family.
You definetly purchased a very nice ride!

As for your questions, well I'll answer what I can.

That should be white gel coat, top and bottom.
As for the switches I'm pretty sure you can get the switches
and the white boots thru www.westmarine.com
If not call Jo and I'm sure he'll hook you up.

Hi Kirk,

That engine looks really good.

Now to answer your questions:

The hull and deck are gel coat. The paint design that is on your boat was cleared.

When we paint a boat if it is a simple design we normally will shoot clear only on the paint design. If a boat has substantial amount of paint then we will end up clearing the entire sides.

The replacement switches I should have here or I will get them for you next week.

If you need some white gelcoat let me know and I will send you some next week.

I hope you enjoy that Pantera for many years.

Your Paperwork on the trailer has been sent out to you already. If you need anything let me know.

Regards, JO

Default Thanks Again JO

Thanks for everything JO. Everyone up here on our waterway just stops and stares at this beautiful boat!!! The handling is unreal!! I love when the Fountains, Scarabs, Bajas and everyone else has to catch me in the no wake zones and ask how the 24' boat blew their doors off!!!!

I could use a new switch and the gel coat for the dings. I was trying not to bother you too much at least for a while!!! You guys have been nothing but top notch A+++ in customer service.

I'm hoping to get down to FL to see the factory and personally thank you and Linda for all of your help with my purchase, trailer and everything else.

Thank You,

Kirk Jurinek
