Built some knees to land under the seats. Put 2 square pads of 1/2” glassed to the 3/4” floor to have plenty of meat to mount the seats too. Floor is stiff as hell

2 layers of 1708 tabbed it to the hull also then capped with chop strand. The wrinkle in the back will be ground out when i match the back seat lip to the floor

The 24s dont have a full rear bulkhead so we built the stock bulkhead up and tied it to the bottom of the seat. It will all be glassed it and will tie everything together making it alot stronger.

Your project looks really good. Nice work!
I like the tying in of the back seat to the lower hull. Mine was tied at the corners near my battery boxes and the port side has separated (port side had minimal linear tie in).
If Inhad to do it again, I’d do something like you did.

One thing I’d consider is that the engine room gets a lot of fresh air from the gunnel vents. You have blocked that completely off, from the looks of it. Maybe drill a couple 3” or so vent holes on the sides.

again, nice work.

Picked up the power plant from Jerry fresh 548 solid roller motor around 700hp she should move good. Unfortunately in april one of my lead techs at work had a major health problem the day before a 30
day project so i had no choice but to go work in the field. Running a business definitely keeps the curve balls coming. But the project went 50 days and we are now ready to get jamming on the boat again. Wont make ac race but we have hope for the end of the season!
