Re: Hey Full Throttle 525
Hey Guys:
I'm Home and so is Full Throttle!!!
Right now I'm really tired...my cousin Frank and I were up Monday at 9am, left the factory after the boat was shrink wrapped at 10pm and arrived in CT 2am today!! As we speak, Full Throttle is getting a complete washdown, cleaning and waxing.
To all of my OSO friends....MANY, MANY Thanks for your support and words.
To Pepe, Linda, JO and Barbie....it was a rough road for us all and a lot was said...some good..some bad..we laughed and we cried..but, as you know, I wish nothing but the best of success for you. With the completion of WildThing's boat, American Express and Full Throttle, and the soon completion of Scott's, DomZ's & Sonny's boats, you will profit by some of the best representatives for your company, the owners. Crap does happen and people do make mistakes and accidents do occur and no one is perfect. Talking things out and settling them amicably is always the best for all. Although I felt all kinds of emotions during my first custom boat building experience, I learned to deal with them because I believe in Faith and GOD. I truly believe that there is no one in this Forum that has ever wished any bad for you or your business. How could we...you build one damn good boat!!
Well, eventhough the wait for me was long, it's over...THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!
May GOD Bless you and your family and may all your troubles get resolved soon.
Ron Lombard
P.S. I'm willing to give rides to those in the tri-state area for.....
GAS MONEY!!
Now......LET'S GO BOATING!!!
YEE-HAA!!

Re: Hey Full Throttle 525
Hey Guys:
I took Full Throttle out for the first time yesterday. I had a full tank of gas, 3 people and some gear. Ran around 5000 rpm with a 24 and got 66. I need to play around a bit with trim and tabs. Anyone know how I can get a bit more? If I lost weight it should pick up speed. I'm thinking I should try a labbed 24. I'm really happy with the ride. Had the wife take the helm and she had a smile from ear to ear. I guess when she's on board I won't be driving much
The boat really likes to eat up the chop....perfect. Not too good for boating today, going to spend some time and work on her. The Airdock boat lift really works well, and everyone in the marina that saw me applauded and gave me the thumbs up!!
I'm going to hit the water tomorrow and take a nice spin on the sound. If anyone in my area wants to get together, let me know. I may head to the Norwalk area.
Thanks again for all your support. Will post some pics soon.

Sounds like there should be 5 or 6 more there if it's true that the 525 puts out as much as the 575sc. My boat ran a 28 labbed bravo 1 and probably was 1 degree over pitched. Ran 72 consistantly with a similar load.

Hey Indy:
I'm going to try and get down to Norwalk by 11:30 am. Give me a call 203-640-4009 and maybe we could meet you. I'd like to try and hit that seafood place in Norwalk harbour for lunch.
