Hey storm I look forward to running with you this summer, I do spend most of my time in the sound, wich i s where this boat really performs as you already know. And just to clear the air about the 24 I am very happy with the overall performance. It blows me away everytime I get it out in rough chopped up water. I just can't believe how well it handles the rough stuff, this little boat is amazing and the most exciting boat I have ever been in or driven.. If you are a lake person who wants to drag race it may not be the boat for you but if you are someone who wants to hammer in the rough stuff there is no other hulls in the 24 ft range that can handle what the 24 Pantera can..Anthony

Ha-Ha!
I never rode in a 24 Pantera so I can't compare.

Those seats look cool in T-Mones boat. How high off the floor are they mounted?

I would think a 24 Pantera w/500HP would go 81-82 or more?

T-Mone,

Do you find that you need a lot of port tab with your HP?

My 24 really needed it when I was running my 29P Mirage.

Storm, nice boat, looks like your engine builder does a nice job. Good choice with the Stainless Marine exhaust, did you get the long bravo risers or the full through transon tailpipes. I just got a couple sets for myself and I like them a lot. I don't think reversion will be a problem but I'm sure your engine builder will know. Stainless welds a little piece of metal inside the pipe right by the bend to stop water from creeping back up. I'll try to take a picture.
