not going to be able to make it this weekend, to much stuff happening it the hood,
Stefhanie, (the girl that grabbed you sack at the bridge) lost her son in a car accident sat eve, so we are going to stay close at home.

Only if you feel like it. Not mandatory, but one should always go with what makes them feel the most comfortable. The southern ChesBay, especially around Cape Henry, and the Atlantic can at times toss ya a few surprises. Personally I always clip on the kill sitches at least until we get back to the inland legs of the run....
