Hey Jim,
I thought Myrtle Beach was in s.c.??? They spent all that money to bring a "west coast dyno" to the east coast. Just a litlle advice, you'll be lucky to spin that thing to 6000. You would have to spin a tiny prop which is not going to propel that cig. Call Brett @ b-blades. If i'm not mistaken you are running a hydraulic roller cam? I would love to see that spin over 6000 for any length of time. Did you put the liners in the lifter bores and go w/ the bigger lifters? Anything over 6k w/ the hyrdraulic roller is no good. Dyno numbers are one thing, load the motor and see what it will spin. Did they load the motor on the dyno and spin it, or was that free spinning. It's like a car, you can have 800 hp at the crank, and 660 at the wheels, same concept. I had a nasty 510ci motor, biggest hydraulic roller possible and 10 to 1 and it made 590 hp at 5500rpm loaded, and 730hp free spinning @ 6000. Motor looks sweet, good job. Post the dyno sheets.
