I had a great time. I will return!!! Thanks to all that made me feel welcome.
I had a eventful trip home. First, two brakes started to heat up. I have habit of checking them when I make stops. Then, My cockpit cover blew off about 2 miles east of Prospect. I made a call to Good Tymn to be on the lookout. I had passed him a ways back. I turned around and back tracked all the way back to Prospect. Found it laying in the left lane. It only had one tire track on it, that I could see.
I have some pictures to post also, but the Verizon service was
down when I got home.
Thanks again gang, I had some good laughs, reflecting the events of the weekend, while driving home. (probably why I didn't see the damned cover blow off) Mark and Lori, Thanks for the invitation to ride with you.
Hope to see you all on the water, soon!

We are looking into trying to move the lunch/social stop away from Portside/Va dare marina, there lack of staff every year causes long lines and high blood pressures
it should not take 30-45 minutes to get a drink or to place a order, but every year they know we are stopping there and they refuse to put on extra help.
there's a couple of places we looking into, but it will probably come down to dock space.
