Got some E-mails from people trying to get rooms for the weekend. Remember this is not the only event in town that weekend. Rooms are going fast. Boats are coming in from Ohio, PA , and Albany so far. Nice to see the word is out. Also for the friday night party you will need to be register so you have your wrist bands. Thanks.

I have had some calls on how friendly is this to people from out of town. The coarse is set up to be run on by ant size of boat. All the actives are located with-in 100 yards of each other. Boats do not need to be lunched friday night and can be left on the trailers at the marina. The marina is watched 24 hours a day. We have also rented out over 250' of docks this year to keep all the boats together after the run for safety and viewing of the boats. All hotels are with in 5-10min. of the marina. There is also a navel museum located in the harbor also if you come in early friday with battle ships and a sub. So come on out and enjoy. Thanks for the calls.

The Club meeting is at Crazy Jake's @ 7:00 next Tuesday. Also on the poker run Friday night party, you will need to be preregister by 7:00 PM Friday night. You need to have your wrist bands to take part in the cocktail party. If you do not have your wrist band on it will be Cash Bar. If you are going to be late and not able to be there by 7:00 pm make sure you have your entry fee and paper work at the meeting so I can have your bands for you when you get there, and let me know you are going to be late. Thank you.

We have Torque Photographic to cover the event this year pic's will be ready by the dinner and ready for purchase. The way the coarse is layed out boats will have 3 passes at the photo boat. www.torquephotographic.com
