I think this will be an improvement. The reason I have never done the Royal Purple is the parking situation at the Prop Stop. I'm not real interested in partying while my boat is anchored out in the middle of the river.

Definately understand, anchored out last year and was not to happy with what I found when I came back.

Recieved my flyer and registration form in mail today. Had Prop stop still listed. Called Steve and it Will be at Tin Lizzies, not prop stop. Talked to both prospective owners this past weekend and each are saying they own it not the other. Looks like it may be a while before you see it open. Who knows?? Steve said they may have a wet t shirt at Freds past the weir. No reserved parking at Tin Lizzies, less dock space that prop stop. Long boats (42') will stick out into canal on side of Lizzies pretty far. Alot of traffic here due to the boat launch at end of canal.
Tin Lizzies is looking forward to it and sure it will be a success. Parking (as always) will be an issue and the local law. Have a designated driver both on water and on the highway. Killian police on Tin Lizzies side of river are real d#@ks.
