2010 Jammin on the James KICKOFF PARTY! Jan. 30th
2010 Jammin on the James Kickoff and pre-registration party will be held on January 30th in Chester Va. There will be live music by the Crazy X Band, there link is, www.crazyxband.com
This will be the first day of poker run registrations turn in, so you all know that that earlier you get yours in the better spot you will receive on the dock.
There will be transportation from the hotel to the party.
RV's and Campers are more than welcome, so come and set up.
2 acres for overnight parking. Early arrival for set up is recommended because of daylight.
Brian, "Sydwaz" is no longer doing the Winter Chill-Out Party. He will join us for one big party.
Some food will be supplied but ask that attendees bring a dish or some late night munchies as this party can go on all night long.
It will be BYOB, so find your favorite beverage.
There will be pizza and wings.

They have given us a group rate of $89.00 for Friday and Sat. night, just tell them you are with the RPBA

Yep, the Winter Chill-Out is now officially a part of the Jammin' on the James Poker Run. This will be the SAME weekend we always do the Winter Chill-Out... between the final NFL playoff weekend and the SuperBowl.
We will have local hotel information soon.
Remember, the earlier your get in your JOTJ 2010 Poker Run paid registrations, the better slip you get on the Saturday evening dock party. This party will be the FIRST opportunity to turn in your registrations.

Like James and Brian already said this year is going to ROCK 
. I'm going to supply some Oysters, Clams and Scallops for everybody and as everyone who was at my birthday party can attest this band is awesome. Were expecting a big turnout so if you want the best slips in July you better be there
