yes, there will be a shuttle fri nite. run starts at 11am so you might want to launch friday, just depends on how you feel sat morning 
.
there are no lunch stops but we can always make one,music at the pool/docks starts at 3pm which gives us plenty of time to hit all the stops and stop for a bite to eat.
