For sale, but not sold. Actually, decided to keep the boat and unleash the condo. We have a lot on the next canal over and plan to build a place there.
Plus, once the weather gets right, I tend to not wanna sell either one!!!! LOL!!!

And the weather looks awesome for this Saturday. Can't wait to hit the water. I've been so busy this is the first time the boat has been wet since Halloween at BRB. 
Amite 100 will be a good shakedown before the two days of the Tickfaw 200.
