Default Drone coverage of Poker Runs?

Looking for feed back for Boyne Thunder this year. If we went with a group of drones covering the poker run, what do you think we need to know? I question the weather conditions they can fly in, how fast can they fly, can they take still photos, landing one out in Lake Michigan on a boat ? Trying to get some info to take back to the board. I know FPC has used them, video looked good, just checking on any set backs we need to know about.

The name of the company/person that did their video looks like BMFB Productions. You could also reach out to the Florida Powerboat Club and try getting a hold of the person doing this. In the meantime I found this information on the company.

http://companies.findthecompany.com/...-Lauderdale-FL

My guesses are these...

• Speed is going to be a restriction, these units will not be able to keep up and if they could, then I am sure the operator will not be able control and keep track of it at the same time they're on a boat going 80MPH.
• Range is going to be a restriction.
• Winds aloft are going to be a restriction.

These are again simply my guesses, try getting in touch with the source of that video and good luck.

Depending on how much you spend, you can set them up where they would hover at a particular elevation over a particular gps location, and then return to another location when you're done.
