Default Looking for a Helicopter for Boyne Thunder

We are starting to put together our coverage of Boyne Thunder Poker Run, we have one company giving us a bid again. Just wondering if anyone knows of someone in Northern Michigan area for a Helicopter that could give us a bid?

Bob, I have a friend down here... I think Boyne is too far for him, but he can tell you if the bid is in the ballpark etc.. he has flown for gieco, opa etc before. let me know if you want his number.

Simply "a helicopter" will not get what you want. There is a big difference between footage and photos you can use and those that are GREAT ! Much Much Much depends on the Team in the bird!

I don't remember the guys name but I think he was an electric company guy up there that flew all the way down to Miami a few years ago and joined us on a FPC run. The guy flew all the way to Key West on Saturday with us and did a great job. I'll try to get a name.

We are aware of the difference of pilots. We have a good guy from Detroit giving us a bid. I don't have a lot of knowledge of pilots in our area. Was just trying to get some ideas if there was someone in area we are overlooking.

I believe the guy I'm talking about has a large chunk of land on Torch Lake. I'm thinking he had something like 60 acres up there. Im sure he was with a group of guys that were affiliated with a power co. or electric contractor.
