that's awesome - we've got them coming from all over the country! It's probably going to be a bigger event than we're prepared for. I hope that everyone bears with us and is flexible; we've tried really hard to accommodate the states orders, as well as what each of us expect out of a poker run. Jeff has had conversations with kuttawa mayor and other officials - seems that we should have no problems.
....other than us possibly not being prepared for a large group of people! Lol
it will be a good party nonetheless!

Posted on Facebook Friday.....We are getting just a little excited as we are 6 DAYS AWAY from the 2020 Kuttawa Cannonball Run! 😎 We have so much to do over the next few days, as well as so much to ‘re-engineer’ (thank you COVID-19! ☹). But we've got great plans and a couple of great lakes to share with you!
Registered participants should have received an email yesterday with a detailed schedule attached. Take a look and familiarize yourself with the marina locations, maps, and timeline. GPS coordinates are included where applicable.
As previously mentioned, we will not be taking ‘walk up’ registrations this year; due to local and state social distancing guidelines. In order to get our participant, merch, and meal counts as accurate as possible, we will be closing online registration at midnight this Sunday, May 31.
We know this may be a problem for some, but it is the best that we can do under these circumstances. We hope that this minor inconvenience is the only struggle that we all experience on June 5th and 6th!
Speaking of which, the weather forecast is showing 89 degrees and sunny skies in Old Kuttawa, Ky on June 5th and 6th. We can’t wait to see you all!

People are arriving today. This is crazy! ...everybody been couped up too long!
I'm afraid to say, we're going to be overwhelmed - so please bear with us. We'll make mistakes and stub our toe every once in a while, I'm sure. Some of the $hit, however is completely out of our control.

Quick heads up, I was out on Lake Barkley yesterday from HU-Bs to Eddy Creek and back to Buzzard Rock and there is a LOT of floating large sticks and many SEMI FLOATING LOGS on the water. Everybody keep a keen eye out for them. Be safe and have a great weekend. See ya there.

We've seen that for a week on Lake Barkley. Kentucky Lake is clean where we will be doing our primary (higher speed) run. Water is coming down, so the trash should move out over night. We should be in good shape!
