This may not been a scheduled racing event, but it was a scheduled get together and we all need to work with each other to keep it safe. Sorry for the soakin!!

Correct me if I'm wrong..... but you were a "spectator" also. You did not enter the Poker run. Bottom line is you need to back down if your that close!!
I hope you get her all dialed in for the rest of the shootout season

From what I saw, the orange Outerlimits with the growling teeth on the front appeared to be the fastest boat out there. At least he was in the lead to and from first stop after lunch. I believe they changed blower pulleys at lunch to race the cats (but I'm not sure).
Did anyone talk to them? I am curious to know what speeds they were running.
Merlin, were you guys able to catch him? I'm just reporting what I saw and not saying the OL was definitely the fastest boat out there. He just appeared to be when they came by me like I was anchored...
Overall, we had a great time. The water was a little rough as usual... The spectators were only a problem in the corner at Jamestown. We just slowed down in that area. It is like that every year. Just too many people trying to check out all the hot boats.

Thanks.
That is definitely the boat that was in the front of the fast pack when they passed me. Don't know if he stayed there because they walked me down and passed me like I was in a canoe... I could only see the rooster tales fading in the distance.
