1990 they changed the lay-up schedule (materials, resins, etc.) to create a better and stronger boat.
1994 they created a 4.5" deeper hull and re-tooled the deck and hull, straightened and trued everything, lowerd the cockpit sole 1.5", changed the transom angle too.
1997 they raised the X to take advantage of the new low water pick-ups on the Bravo drives.
I'm missing some details, but you get the general progression regarding the refinement of this wonderful boat.

'97 and up is the cream of the crop, but structurally '94 and up is best. As far as I know the lamination schedule is the same from 90 to the present, but the retooled hulls are from '94 up.

I think 95 is the first year for the deeper boat. It also has a cabin liner. The 97 and up has a slightly better lamination scedule for deck strength I think, but anything with the deeper hull gives you the improved boat.
