Yes Sir, I was doing that back in 1986 the first Jaguar Cat was molded Hull to Deck.

Alec Here is a Molded rub rail less Jaguar I built ,Just survived Big Al's party the night before and was finishing the safety wire, We Won, BTW rough race that day a lot of people hurt.The Joint was right at the Cats ear tip.

steve, ballpark figure on how much it would be to make my boat seamless????? just body work, no paint. also what is involved with the procedure?????

I have some trimming to do then re-glass @ 74' feet of seam and fairing it back I do not use much fairing compound instead choosing to leave the outside Laminate surface proud and then grind it back with a special tool, a light skim coat of filler hand sand then Prime.

would it be a pretty sharp edge, or would you round it off some more like a gladiator???

maybe you could do mine as a promo boat, and then when all the other PP owners want to get their boat done, you could kick me back some $$$$$$$

than most of the older apache's............... but then again this old pp open fish had some issues too. I just wish I had 138,000 I could spend , so I could own that 38' .

That is up to you there has to be a little radius on the deck edge.Again sweeten to taste.
