Whatever happened to some of these 33' race boats? Like XXX Muscle, the Ettore boat, my old 33 race set up but never raced??? (it looked like the Two Can boat, but had Tweety and sylvester the cat)

What can you tell us about these boats Steve? I've been to the factory about 10 times over the years, probably met you a few times!!! I knew Dan and John.

The B1 a member on here has it ,the Muscle was in the Bimini race ,I put up a picture of your boat. I most likely met you but sometimes I was in a closed shop doing something away from view. There is a Guy DareDevil who keeps a pretty good track of the old race boats and Of course Danny. Best Regards

Powerplay 38 Coreing bottom, the corebond has been placed with a notched trowel and I am setting core that has been primed and ready to bag in place.

Powerplay 38 Corebond Adhesive being placed, I have 50 Minutes to trowel it on ,Place the panels and also give the vacuum time to seat the core properly.

Thanks for replying. I just read this entire thread..... took 2+ hours!! Holy crap this is THE BEST OSO THREAD EVER!!! Steve1, thank you "sir" for taking the time to enlighten us all on boatbuilding and especially Powerplays. IMHO, the 33' Powerplay is the best looking boat ever made!

Bagging complete the surfaces sanded and Hotcoated it takes about a 11/2 Oz of resin per square foot,but do not omit this step.
