Hey Steve, thanks for the awesome thread! Back in the day we rigged two 32 Cobra raceboats, and 25 years later its still my dads favorite vee bottom design to date. Awesome boats, and you have without a doubt built some of the most impressive vee bottoms in the world. Thanks for the thread!

Yes, great thread. I already liked Powerplays but reading this gives a true appreciation for their quality, and what had to go in at every stage.

been through plum gut hundreds of times.......my boat can steer itself from the pavillion to claudios and back

That's cool. Plum Gut was a pucker test for us "wimpy baymen" types back in the day.

I'm glad to hear Claudios is still in GP. What about Port of Egypt (**** company)? Or the old blacksmith shop?

Steve what was the CG on the 33's and were the race boats balanced different???? If so, why, and what was the CG on them???

The staggered race boats like yours most likely across the dashboard on a stock IO 33 behind the front bolster.
