Thanks for the reply. I would assume the mph difference with same power is associated to the step/design of the At? Or maybe weight, but I have no clue what either boat weighs? I know I would rather have a better ride than the last 3 or 4 mph, so that's exactly the info I was looking for.

The 33 AT had more room in it... The flat deck on the Powerplay takes a bit of headroom out of the cabin but that's what I wanted so its give and take ya know? As far as ride, I've done poker runs on Jordan's AT and did Boyne on mine last year... I would have to give the ride to the Powerplay, it has impressed me a lot and although the AT did give a solid ride and was fast, it wasn't quite the ride that the PP had. Would like to have both! Lol
The AT will be about 3-4 mph faster with same power however.

In all seriousness, you do drive an AT a bit different. The DDC hull is designed to land on the step, not the transom. There is a slight learning curve to get the most out of the hull as far as ride is concerned. All it takes is a throttle control.

That is probably the case, I'm not sure bc that's the only 33 AT I have ridden in... But I'm impressed with the 33PP none the less, this one will be with me for a while
