The B61/B1 boat? Outboard in the Bahamas?

Heres the resto thread. It ok if I call myself a PowerPlay brother even though its a Cobra?
http://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/c...storation.html
Did one back in the mid 90s cant remember the completed config. It was a full stagger with Bravo drives so close that the prop diameter choices were limited. I never drove the boat, but it supposedly ran in the teens with big power. Not sure if it was on boxes or not, but I understood it to be a real handful to drive. Airex Raceboat B61/B1 ran just under 100 with 600HP, 4s on boxes. My standard lay up pleasure boat ran 106 with big cube Pontiacs and 4s on the transom with a 10" notch. This boat was the most stable Powerplay at high speed I ever drove including the race boat. If it were me, I would probably do Bravos on boxes in a stagger setup.

Sorry had to re read and edit. Head up butt.
