Default Sunsation's web site!

Have you guys checked out Sunsations web site!! Holly cow they have their act together!! Rally shots, videos, owner forums, clothing you name it! PQ needs to spend a little $$$ in updating their pretty much static site.

I used to give Mark W and Mandi some 'feedback" about letting their site get so old. A few years ago; they switched web designers, so it took a long to to update. But now the site is so old, it has grey whiskers.

That site IS a good design if it was current. Sadly they are 3/4 way though the 2005 building season and the site is from 2003/4. Their new models are not shown anywhere, the new graphics that they have been putting on boats since last July is nowhere to be seen either.

PQ, your site is great! UPDATE it.

I own a PQ and I dont want to offend anyone but lets be real
when it comes to customer service/satisfaction,comparing Powerquest to Sunsation its like comparing chevy to lexus. Boat quality is not the issue here ,customer service and satisfaction is.

Boatnt, you must have had a bad experience with your PQ. I know that Sunsation's CS is top notch. I can also say that PQ has been very responsive to me when I needed them. Heck, just a few weeks ago when I was going back and forth with them on a since resolved issue, Rick Gemmill gave me his cell number so I could get back to him late one Friday afternoon. That's pretty darn good CS in my book.

I would at least give them a Toyota to Lexus comparison in CS.

Macklin
I work for Chevy,I have been with Chevy for over 20 years and I think its a good car but its not a Lexus.
I just know my dealings with PQ customer service were never easy.
again I do like the boats and I will be buying a 34 or a 38 in the future but it will be 1 or 2 years old so someone else will have to deal with the warranty issues before I get it.
Any way Boating is supposed to be fun.
Happy Boating

I can only say that I've got nothing but praise for PQ customer service! Great group of people and a great boat to boot!

I can second that. Three years after my purchase of a 380, they are still spending time an money to make me happy.

There were some small mistakes made on my boat during it's manufacture mostly due to QC. Some were not immediately apparent to me due to my limited experience with this type of boat. As I learned, I made requests to make things right. Due to the nature of their business, they were not always prompt. However, through the efforts of Rick Gemmel and Mark Winea, they came through for me in the end. Becuase of the uniqueness of the 380, meaning a lot of room below and a standup head for most, plus 80 mph performance with A/C microwave and TV all on HP500's, I think it is the perfect boat for my needs. Try finding another boat ith this kind of freeboard that goes this fast.

P.S. I blew away a 32 dominator the other day!
