I thought mine was slow until I test drove a 29 and discovered what you all have been complaining about. Turned out out mine was pretty good. Anyhow I ended up replacing mine over the weekend and the new actuator is pretty darn fast. Looks to be a different brand from what the factory installed which was a Dana product.
