maybe you missed the multiple threads where its been mentioned I live with my dad and make decent money. Surely used panteras are in my price range.... knowing id grow out of my 288 so fast I woulda went to a dominator right off the bat.

1350's, maybe after I hit the mega millions.

tryed the synthetic oil in the past and was not too impressed,

on this boat I will go with a ac filter and Castrol GTX 20w50 oil

isnt the 288 and 32 the same boat but 32 has a longer beak?so if you dont want to worry about growing out of a boat maybe you should look at a PQ,,its not about speed its about style,,at least thats what AJ keeps telling me.

Kendall GT-1 20W50 is also a good choice if you are going to go with a conventional oil. Has high levels of ZDDP and Merc recommends it in the 600 SC owner's manual.

You are correct same boat, I went to the boat show a few years back and the wife and I went in a Fastech I think 35' or 36' whatever they make and that even felt small. I think power boats in the cockpit will always feel small even a 47' Apache. That's why you have friends with cruisers

Yep you are correct, a friend puts that in his Top Gun with 700s and likes it,,I used Castrol GTX in the past and liked it, but I meant to say Kendall GT-1 20w50,,thanks
