neso I'm lookwbi lookin at a 99 280 pq help
K so I'm looking at a 99 ow 280 has a 454 mpi 350 HR an no trailer. Pritty well loaded with tabs captains call. Good looking boat. It will be in choppy water. Is 28,000 a good price. I'm on a tight budget good or bad boat
