Hey all, regarding engines and Bravo drive etc., according to auction house there were "ownership" issues and were pulled from the auction. They may be offered later if things get sorted out. If interested I was told to contact Jon Kupier - auction manager and let them know.
Prices did seem crazy and kept me from even bothering to bid once I saw prices yesterday noonish, that and I would have had more in fuel for round trip than $$ I had in mind items being watched.

Who overpays for all this stuff with the idea of marketing small unknown boats outside the midwest to Europe which in case no one has noticed isnt in the best financial shape?
Such a strange start to a company If neither bidder has the cash or has buyers remorse, which they should, the whole thing could start over with 90% of the items reauctioned.

Claremont needs to pay for all the items they bid/won and move on..too bad they didnt get the Molds..just like its too bad some of us didnt win some of the items we wanted because Claremont out bided us...
They go and out bid everyone on most items(everyone says they overpayed for most everything) but have a CAP on the most important item the MOLDS!!!!thats just stupid..
Claremont went as far as outbidding and winning the two 6.2 long blocks that are cracked.....what were they going to do ????J+B weld them and use them on the first boat they ship to Europe???

Well, Saugatuck is just a short haul up the Lake Michigan shore line from Holland....
I don't think it was there intention to continue with the Powerquest name, but some of the people seemed certain that the name came with. They didn't really care much about anything that said PQ on it...................
I wonder if Steelhead ever showed up.
