That is the boat that was launched right at PQ for the owner who in turn drove it from PQ through Lk Michigan and onto Lake Erie to his home port somewhere near OH. PQ did a little news clip on his trip a few years ago.
He tried selling that boat last year and must not have had any bites.

The guy in the boat looks just like the current owner of PQ I met him in Miami last year - Jack Moll ? something like that I think.
