Why are you messing with the indicator. You need to index the sender that is clamped to the trim cylinder. If you can't get one unit this way you may have a cable problem. You may have to adjust both to get aligment. There are rig pin holes on the sending telescope that can be checked but the bottom line is lower bothdrives all the way and adjust the offending trim sending cylinder ( or both) by loosening the clamps and moving it until both indicators on panel read the same. I had to do this on mine as many rig parameters were not right from the factory. If your really paranoid, put a digital protractor on the cav plates to see if all is right at mid travel ( IE; high speed ops angle). Also while at it check relaltive drive alignment. Mine was of by 5 degrees from factory. Resulted in 2 mph increase.

All you need to do is turn the black plunger in or out-this is threaded directly onto the indicator cable.Loosening the clamps will gain you a little, but there is much more adjustment available from turning the plunger.

If you like color on those dash panels check this out. PQ did this for me and then I also added a color Momo steering wheel to replace the white leather one.

Those colors go with the outside

FYI - that's BillR in the background during the Little Creek Regatta and Poker Run that is coming up again this August.

Hi,
Since everyone is talking wheels, I'm looking to replace my white Momo steering wheel. My threads are starting to loosen and it doen't have the clean look. Where can I get a replacement?

Thanks,
FM

I recommend Doller Marine in Miami... They advertise on OSO.
