It was not that bad of a first post I dont think. There was no mud throwing, and it was in the form of a question. Even stated in the post that he is just looking for the truth. Arent we all?

Oh, BTW Wannabe1, welcome!

Chris, you are right, I guess I am just use to the General Discussion Forum. When someone's 1st post about a company going out of business/poor ethics/ ... they are usually looking to bash that company.

Welcome to OSO wannabe1.

OK wannabe. Now that we have dispelled the rumor.....tell us which PQ, and other boats, you are interested in. Let's turn this thread in a more positive direction.

I'll be in the market for a Avenger soon. My 28 would be a nice ride for someone. It's in mint condition.

Sorry if I caused some heartburn. Like I said, I was just asking a question.

I am looking at PQ, Baja, and Formula. 23-27 foot range. Mostly I am just gathering information at this point. A brand new boat may be out of my price range. I'll make the boat show circuit this winter and hopefully be a lot smarter after that.

Just wanted to drop a note. Things are definately picking up. We just finished a very successful dealer meeting. Watch for all the new 2004 product coming to your dealers in the next few months.

Mandi,

I will be at the Ft. Lauderdale show this year again. Will PQ have a decent presence there? Last year, the "owner" (of PQ I assume) stopped and introduced himself to me as I was crawling on the floor of one of his boats looking at the quality of work behind the side panels and under the gunwhales. He said to my wife who was standing on the dock, "Do you think he's finding what he is looking for?" He knew exactly what I was doing. That was my first look at PQ. I was impressed. I will be looking for PQ again this year.
