well, just got back from testing. Took off the 26b1 and put on the 25 rev 4. It was biting a bit harder on take off which was nice. Easy to get on plan w/ lower rpm. Midrange cruze was about the same or slightly lower. unfortunely the water was VERY flat so I don't think I can totally compare top end. I could turn about 300 more rpm and the speed was the same (as the bravo when I was in some chop)

The handling was different. It wanted to lean to port at most all speeds. It would stick hard on the port side untill it was trimmed pretty good to free it up , but if I tried to turn left it would start the leaning deal again.
When turning to the right the boat really didn't want to lean to starboard it seemed unballaced in respect to the turning.
The Bravo seems to have a more balanced feel when turning and didn't want to roll port.

I think I'll stick w/ the Bravo and get it worked. I may test the rev 4 again if there is still a ramp available on lanier

It would seem that your boat likes the bit of stern lift and overall lift the B1 provides.
Pass all of this info on to whom ever works your B1 prop...
Is the 25p Rev 4 for sale?

I'm not in the market but your Pantera brother T-Mone may be. T-Mone loved the Rev 4 on his 24'.
