23 Laser's will help. 23 Labbed Mirages are another option. 24 Labbed Chopper 2's or Lightning ET's will be the fastest but will hurt the low and mid range.

so chopper style props work OK on center consoles? how would the cruise be in tough or moderate seas? and aren't they tough on lower units?

Choppers can be hard on gear cases because they are typically run at high transom heights. Surfacing propellers create a more severe load and unload on the drive unit which can relate to faster wear. Also less blades amplify this effect. On the reverse side, multiple blade propellers buried deep with big power can decrease drive life.

What I was aluding to was, yes, on your application with light loads, the chopper props will be fast at WOT. They will not however, be a great all around prop set up.
