Reinell 220 offshore / Mirage 217 intruder prop help?
I've been a lurking and learning from the site and finally registered as I'm hoping to get some guidance. I bought a 1989 Reinell 220 offshore which I understand is pretty similar to identical as a mirage 217 intruder. The boat has an OMC 350 cobra and had a cobra drive on it, after dinking around trying to get it shifting right I scrapped the drive and went with the SEI conversion to an alpha 1 gen 2. I am currently in the process of breaking that drive in so am unable to do sustained WOT runs just yet.
The boat came with a 14.25 x 21 prop. In my testing with it i never was able to achieve above 3500 rpm at wot. I thought that seemed really low and wasn't sure if the tach was accurate so I checked it against a photo tach and they appear to jive, at least in the 400-3000 range I'm currently limited to during break in.
I'm wanting to pick up a couple props, a 4 blade for pulling skiers and tubers, and also a 3 blade for max top end. I'm hoping to pick the expert brains on where I should start. I have read here that the mirage 217s were once pretty popular in the PNW and hoping to find some past or present owners of these boats with some testing previously done.
Anyhow, thanks for any help that anyone might be able to offer.

I had a 217 intruder with a 383 SBC and an alpha drive. It ran good with a 19p 3 blade like a mirage propeller.
