On my Outerlimits I am running a 6 blade 17X36X21R with a 1.50 @ 5850RPM @ 111mph. That comes out to a 17% slip rate. Don't get hung up too much on the slip, some of the best running boats have a good amount of slip.

I'm using a Mercury 5 blade 32 17.5 diameter 21deg rake. Slip is 13.8%. 102 at 5850.

Mines a heavy slower boat but the slip is interesting. Running herring 4 blade 18x32x15 rake, Boat ran 85 at 5200rpm. Then I got some mercury 5 blade 18x35x18 rake, boat runs 77 at 4900 (haven't pushed it past that) it turns the bigger props easy, but they just slip like crazy. Tried all different trim settings. George at cool breeze at LOTO told me my boat might just "like the 4 blade props better".

It might be your diameter. we have found that the 38s and 43s staggered like 17.5 diameter better doesn't lift the transom so much. Just my two cents!
Thats with number 6's
